Returns and refunds
Since most of the products sold by tastesofbelgium.ch are perishable goods, there is no right to cancel an order and receive a refund of the purchase price.  The only exception is for non-food products like glasses.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
